Shanghai Peppa Pig Outdoor Theme Park

Slated to open in 2027, the theme park will become Asia's first and world's largest PEPPA PIG outdoor theme park.

Located on the key island for sight-seeing and tourism of Shanghai, Changxing Island, with less than 40 kilometres away from Shanghai city centre People Square. The project cover approximately 48 acres with an investment of over 2.4 billion yuan.

As the first global IP theme park in Chongming, Shanghai Peppa Pig Outdoor Theme Park is slated to cater guests throughout Shanghai and surrounding cities in the Yangtze River Delta. This third global IP outdoor theme park in Shanghai will significantly contribute to Shanghai's cultural tourism industry.

Beijing · Top Park

Top Park is Asia's largest international IP themed Family Entertainment Centers (FEC) cluster, built upon Max-Matching Entertainments' successful relationship with the 4 international IP partners.

Located in north of Universal Beijing Resort in vibrant Tongzhou District, southeast Beijing and considered the eastern gateway to the nation's capital, the complex houses 5 multi-IP themed FECs, 5 themed F&B and retails, and a Hasbro theme hotel with 100+ rooms. With an investment of over 1.8 billion yuan, Top Park, covering about 70,000 square metres, will bring engaging and lasting memories for guests of every age across China.

Guangdong · Bayfront FEC Cluster

Bayfront FEC cluster is Asia's first international IP themed Family Entertainment Centers (FEC) cluster, built upon Max-Matching Entertainments' successful relationship with the 4 international IP partners: Hasbro, Mattel, WildBrain, and Crayola.

The project is located within Cuiheng New District, Ma'an Island, Zhongshan, Guangdong. Cuiheng New District, with a total planned area of 226 square kilometres, is located in the eastern seaside area of Zhongshan, the center of the three major areas of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao core circle, the China (Guangdong) Free Trade Pilot Zone, and the bridgehead on the west bank of the Pearl River of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge.

Bayfront FEC cluster is adjacent to the exit of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Undersea Immersed Tunnel. It is expected that after Shenzhen-Zhongshan Undersea Immersed Tunnel is opened to traffic in June 2024, the direct time from Zhongshan to Shenzhen will be shortened to 30 minutes. The project location will be conducive to attracting children aged 5-12 and their families in Shenzhen, Zhongshan, Guangzhou and around.

Bayfront FEC Cluster covers about 16,000 square metres. The project aims to bring families with a unique one-stop themed entertainment experience.
